Martin Manrique Flores is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in digital channels and systems architecture. Currently serving as the Chapter Lead and previously as Gerente Adjunto and Sub Gerente de Arquitectura de Soluciones at Banco de Crédito BCP since November 2019, Martin has led and implemented various technological projects. Prior roles include Senior Applications Analyst at La Positiva Seguros, Tech Analyst at Interbank, and Technical Leader at Southtech & Consulting, focusing on CRM, BPM, and mobile solutions. Martin holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, a Master's in Technology Project Management from Postgrado UPC, and a Technical Certification in Computer Science from CIBERTEC.
