Tara Abraham is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in enhancing employee engagement and strategic communication development. Currently serving as Project Lead for Digital Employee Experience at BCI, Tara focuses on evolving communication strategies for a global workforce while previously holding roles such as Manager of Internal Stakeholder Engagement and Senior Advisor in Internal Stakeholder Engagement at the same organization. Tara's prior experience includes positions at Cenovus Energy, BBC, and Jacobs, where responsibilities involved advising on communication strategies, managing internal communications, and developing engagement plans for various projects. Tara holds an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations from Nova Scotia Community College and a BA in Political Science from The University of British Columbia.
