Laura Jump is a highly experienced professional who currently serves as the Director of Change, Transformation, and Growth at BCHA. Prior to their current role, Laura held various leadership positions in organizations such as On Our Radar, Humanitarian Leadership Academy, Save the Children International, and Development Initiatives. Laura also has a background in policy advising and project management with the Ministry of Justice of the UK and the European Commission. Laura holds a Mini MBA in Business Administration and Management, an LLM in Human Rights, and a BA HONS in Politics, Philosophy & Economics.
