Tom Guillou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and technology across multiple industries. Currently, Tom serves as the Senior Director of Learning Technology, Innovation, Analytics & Strategic Partnerships at The Boston Consulting Group, a position held since July 2007. Prior roles include Human Resources Systems Manager, Senior Project Manager at NaviMedix, and Project Manager at several organizations, including Amicore, Bit Group, MyPoints.com, and McGladrey. Tom began the career as an HR Generalist at Harvey Building Products. Academically, Tom holds an MBA in Technology Management from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BS in Business Administration from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
