Spadika Jayaraj is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in venture architecture and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Venture Architect at Boston Consulting Group, Spadika has previously contributed to the Founders’ Office at Skydo as a consultant and played a key role as a founding team member and Senior Product Manager at Leap. With a strong background as a 0 to 1 Operator in various startups focusing on the intersection of fintech and social impact, Spadika gained foundational experience as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.
