Roberta McKee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and consulting industries. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at Boston Consulting Group since April 2016, Roberta also leads Roberta McKee Advisory, LLC as President. Prior experience includes significant roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2004 to 2015, including Senior Vice President positions overseeing strategy, manufacturing technology, and quality compliance across global operations. Roberta's career began at Merck, where responsibilities included Vice President of Vaccine & Sterile Quality Operations. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from New Mexico State University.
