Neha Arora currently serves as the User Engagement and Research Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since April 2021, after holding the position of Lead Specialist - Team Manager in User Insights & Analytics. Prior to BCG, Neha worked at Evalueserve from November 2016 to March 2021, advancing from Senior Business Analyst to Manager. Neha's experience also includes a role as Senior Project Manager at Toluna and Senior Survey Programmer at Athena Globus Pvt Ltd. Earlier in the career, Neha was a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Aon Hewitt. Neha holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Graphic Era University, obtained from 2008 to 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, completed from 2005 to 2008.
