Morgan Romey currently serves as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group since October 2023, following a position as an MBA Candidate at Columbia Business School from August 2021 to May 2023, where notable leadership roles included COO of Microlumbia and VP of Community Engagement for the Management Consulting Association. Previous experience includes a Summer Consultant role at BCG in summer 2022 and a Data Transformation Associate position at IHS Markit from January 2020 to June 2021. Morgan also has an extensive background at GLG, holding various positions from Junior Research Associate to Senior Team Leader in Financial Services from July 2015 to January 2020. Earlier roles include a Spring Digital Fellow at Fenton and internships at The Carter Center, Human Rights Watch, and the U.S. Department of State.
