Miguel Ángel Rodríguez Sola is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial services and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Miguel supports financial institutions in their transformation efforts. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at WiZink, significant improvements were achieved in underlying net income through revenue diversification and cost management during a transformative phase. Miguel has also held leadership roles such as Chairman at Lendrock and Aplazame, both fintech companies focused on innovative financing solutions. With a solid foundation in strategy and digital initiatives developed through tenure at McKinsey & Company and Lloyds Banking Group, Miguel has consistently delivered results across various sectors. Academically, Miguel holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a BSc in Economics from Universitat de Barcelona, where recognition for academic excellence was awarded.
