Lisa Williams is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various industries, including consulting, construction, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Boston Consulting Group since November 2023, Lisa has previously held director-level positions at CRH and Pennsy Supply, focusing on organizational effectiveness and employee relations. Prior roles at Armstrong Flooring and Armstrong World Industries involved overseeing HR initiatives across multiple plants and operational sectors. Earlier experiences include managerial roles at Kerry and Bimbo Bakeries USA, where Lisa contributed to talent integration and development.
