Jenny Lay has extensive experience in event management and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Manager in both the EMEA Senior Advisor Program and Meeting Services Technology at Boston Consulting Group since March 2013. In these roles, Jenny leads strategic and operational initiatives for flagship talent acquisition events, focusing on enhancing the experience for live and virtual formats in alignment with BCG's global DEI strategy. Additional experience includes managing DigitalBCG's events strategy during a secondment role and coordinating EMEA recruiting events. Jenny's career also features positions at The Portman Consultancy, Seymour, UNIPEC U.K., and Zenith, alongside a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Western Sydney University.
