Guillaume Charlin serves as a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since 1997, leading the Climate & Sustainability Global leadership team and overseeing the Packaged Goods sector in Europe and Latin America. Charlin also holds the position of Managing Partner for BCG in France and is a core member of the Consumer practice. Additional experience includes roles from Consultant to Principal, addressing strategic and operational challenges in various consumer products. Since September 2022, Charlin has acted as Chairman of Quantis, an environmental sustainability consultancy. Earlier career experience includes a role as an Auditor at Arthur Anderson from 1993 to 1994. Charlin holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Engineering from École nationale des ponts et chaussées.
