Erica Carolina is a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group since March 2023, previously serving as a Senior Associate at Saisei Ventures from April 2022 to September 2024. Erica gained recognition as a Next Generation Women Leader at McKinsey & Company in June 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Development Associate at 株式会社ヘリオス from November 2018 to October 2020, participation in the Novartis Biocamp in July 2018, and an internship focused on research and quality control at PT Kalbe Farma, Tbk, from April 2017 to July 2017. Erica started professional development with a Business Development Internship at Arya Noble in August 2015. Academically, Erica holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell from The University of Tokyo, a Master of Science (MS) from the University of Tsukuba, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Indonesia. Early education was completed at Santa Ursula Jakarta in the science stream.
