Eric Leon is an incoming associate at Boston Consulting Group, where responsibilities include consulting on budget optimization tools and developing user guides and technical models. As co-founder of Chirp Alert, Eric constructed a business model for a social impact venture in Kisumu, Kenya, and successfully communicated with stakeholders to align development with community needs. Additionally, contributions as a research assistant at Penn State College of Engineering involve developing innovative surgical devices, while leadership as THON chair for Alpha Kappa Psi resulted in significant fundraising successes. Eric has honed skills in electronic design as project lead at Digi Design and addressed data management in internships at PwC and the Montgomery County Detective Agency. Education at the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State includes degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
