Ashwin Agrawal is a consultant at Boston Consulting Group since October 2023 and previously served as a venture fellow at Clear Ventures, where work focused on supporting aspiring company builders in Deeptech. From September 2017 to September 2023, Ashwin completed a Ph.D. at Stanford University, leading research on digitalization in construction alongside collaborations with McKinsey & Company and the World Economic Forum. Ashwin also contributed as a teaching assistant for a graduate-level course on AI in the construction industry and engaged in various research projects, including developing algorithms for automated building energy modeling and highway maintenance. Prior experience includes positions at the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, Mortenson, and research roles at multiple universities, all focused on applying AI to healthcare, construction, and safety technologies. Ashwin holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
