Aashna Jalan is a Senior Associate at Boston Consulting Group since June 2021, following a role as a Summer Associate with the firm in 2020. Aashna has served as a speaker for TEDx since March 2017, showcasing public speaking skills. From July 2019 to June 2021, Aashna was the Senior Coordinator for Events at the Forum for Industrial Interaction, the student-run business club of IIM Bangalore, which organizes the flagship business summit, Vista. Aashna gained industry experience as an intern at ExxonMobil in 2018, where efficient database management led to significant time savings for the sales team, and at the Directorate General of Quality Assurance under the Defense Ministry of India, conducting quality assessments on submarine batteries. Earlier experience includes a management internship at The Climber and volunteer work with Make-A-Wish India. Aashna holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
