Anne-Katrin Kaschadt has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Anne-Katrin started their career at McKinsey & Company as a Management Assistant from August 2013 to September 2014. Anne-Katrin then worked as a Consultant at eJoventut from April 2015 to June 2015 and as a Consulting Intern at Thriive from August 2015 to November 2015.

In 2016, Anne-Katrin joined the Global Shapers Community as a Global Shaper in the Düsseldorf Hub from December 2016 to September 2022. Anne-Katrin also served as a Curator in the Düsseldorf Hub from July 2018 to June 2019.

Anne-Katrin then moved to the OBI Group Holding and held multiple roles including Analyst in Customer-Centric Transformation from June 2016 to May 2017, Junior Project Manager in Business Development, OBI next from May 2017 to January 2018, Junior Product Owner in Business Innovations, OBI next in February 2018, and finally Product Module Owner in Business Innovations, OBI next from March 2018 to May 2019.

Anne-Katrin joined Roland Berger as a Consultant in the Competence Center Digital from June 2019 to October 2020. Anne-Katrin currently works at BCG BrightHouse where they started as a Thinker + Senior Strategist in November 2020, and later transitioned to the role of Thinker + Associate Strategy Director from April 2023.

Additionally, in 2020, they worked as a Lecturer at Nuclio Digital School from April 2020 to September 2022. Overall, Anne-Katrin Kaschadt has gained extensive experience in strategy, consulting, and education throughout their career.

Anne-Katrin Kaschadt has a diverse education history. Anne-Katrin started their educational journey in 2008 at Europäische Wirtschafts- und Sprachenakademie Dresden, where they pursued an Associate's degree in International Business Administration. From 2012 to 2013, they attended Leeds Metropolitan University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business and Spanish. Continuing their studies, Anne-Katrin pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in International Management from 2014 to 2016 at Esade. In 2015, they also briefly attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University to further their studies in International Management.
