Tracey Sexton has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Tracey is currently employed as a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist at BC Financial Services Authority, where they started in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Communications Advisor at the Real Estate Council of BC from November 2020 to August 2021.

Tracey Sexton has a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Royal Roads University, which was obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand. In terms of additional certifications, Tracey obtained the "Adobe CC for Design + Production" certification from Emily Carr University of Art and Design in December 2021. In October 2020, they completed certifications in "Excel 2016 Essential Training" and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in Project Management from The University of British Columbia in September 2013 and an Advanced Facilitators Certificate from Standard Bank Group in March 1993.
