James Dickson has a strong background in training and operations support. James currently works at BCF Solutions as an Operations Support Analyst, where they provide subject matter expertise in the technical and tactical operation of the AN/SPY-1 Radar system and AEGIS Mission Planner. James also advises and supports the AEGIS BMD Director, Warfighter Strategic Integration.

Prior to their current role, James worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Training Specialist Advisor from 2018 to 2021 and as a Principal Training Specialist from 2017 to 2018. James also has experience as a Senior Training Specialist at General Dynamics from 2016 to 2017 and as a Senior Technical Trainer at Lockheed Martin from 2008 to 2016.
