Bill Bao has extensive work experience in technology and IT infrastructure management. Bill started their career at Visa in 2001 as a field network engineer. In 2004, they joined Carlson Wagonlit Travel as a Site IT manager, a role they held for 14 years. In 2018, Bill became the Director Of Technology at BCD Travel, where they were responsible for defining IT infrastructure strategy, managing operations, and leading strategic projects. Bill also built strong client relationships and aligned departmental priorities with the organization's mission and strategic goals.

Bill Bao earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Tongji University. In 2016, they also obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from Jiaodaokou.
