Ellison Richmond is a physician fellow at the British Columbia Centre on Substance Use since July 2023, bringing a wealth of public health experience as a consultant with Be the Change Group since May 2013, where strategic planning and research projects for health authorities are key focuses. Richmond completed a residency at St. Michael's Hospital, and previously contributed as a project coordinator for REAKT during the COVID-19 pandemic, developing an online evidence resource. Experience includes roles in product strategy and business development at QHR Technologies and Medeo, as well as project coordination in public health initiatives with Vancouver Coastal Health. Richmond holds a Doctor of Medicine from The University of British Columbia and a Master of Public Health, among other qualifications.
