Mary Pennington is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in the banking and payments sector. Currently serving as Banking & Payments Product Manager (Director) and previously as Mobile Product Manager (Associate Director) at BCB Group since April 2022, Mary held key positions at Metro Bank (UK) as Lead Product Owner (Mobile) and Lead Project Manager (Digital Servicing) from August 2020 to March 2022. Prior roles at Macquarie Group from January 2014 to July 2020 included Digital Product Owner (Senior Manager) for the Business Bank digital platform and various positions within Deposits & Payments management. Mary also contributed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at 180 Degrees Consulting, transforming the organization to become cashflow positive while overseeing financial management across multiple regions.
