Dean Murdock has extensive experience in public service, currently serving as Mayor of the District of Saanich and as a Director for the Capital Regional District since November 2022. Additionally, Dean Murdock holds the position of Transit Commissioner with BC Transit, starting in March 2023. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Victoria (2003-2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the same institution (2000-2003), as well as studies at Camosun College (1999-2000).
