Lisa (she/her) has a BA in Social Sciences and has worked in the anti-violence sector supporting vulnerable women and children for the last thirteen years. She has worked in various transition houses and shelters as a support worker and manager, and most recently in Human Resources. Lisa works from an intersectional feminist and trauma-informed lens that centers kindness, safety, agency, and transparency with co-workers and clients. She is passionate about leadership and training, and looks forward to developing innovative curriculum that elevates practice to support members. Some of her other passions are cooking, Iyengar yoga, dancing, and parenting her two sons ages 4 and 6.
