Stacey Bligh, MPA, GPC.D is an accomplished governance professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and board affairs. Currently serving as the Director of Governance & Board Affairs and Corporate Secretary for the BC Energy Regulator since November 2017, Stacey has held multiple corporate secretary roles, including at Island Health and Fire River Gold Corp. Additionally, Stacey contributed expertise as Corporate Finance Secretary for the Capital Regional District and served as Assistant Corporate Secretary for Quest Capital Corp. Stacey's academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Victoria and several certifications focused on governance, ethics, and leadership from institutions such as Governance Professionals of Canada and Carleton University.
