Bob Haynes is a lawyer at BC Law since June 2021, with extensive experience in public hearings and decision-making regarding environmental and utility regulations. Prior to joining BC Law, Bob served as a Senior Hearing Officer for the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control from October 2004 to June 2018, overseeing public hearings related to environmental permits and regulations, and preparing recommendations for the Cabinet Secretary. Bob also worked as a Hearing Examiner/Officer at the Delaware Public Service Commission from April 1998 to October 2004, where responsibilities included presiding over public utility rate cases. Bob holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Soviet Studies from Union College.
