Eliana Marks Coplan is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in philanthropic operations, education, and social justice initiatives. Currently serving as Philanthropic Operations Manager at BBYO since September 2021, Eliana previously held the role of Development Associate at J Street and worked as a Digital Literacy Instructor at Byte Back, Inc. Eliana's experience also includes a fellowship with Avodah, where engagement in anti-poverty nonprofit work and social justice workshops was central. Earlier roles include teaching Jewish studies at the Danforth Jewish Circle, leading peace education programs for Children's International Summer Villages, and directing educational programming at Camp Shomria. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Diaspora and Transnational Studies from the University of Toronto.
