Andrea Lefton has extensive experience in membership marketing, digital engagement, and education, currently serving as the Manager of Membership Marketing and Digital Engagement at BBYO since April 2017. In this role, Andrea oversees social media strategy and engagement across various platforms. Previous positions at BBYO include Associate Regional Director, where Andrea trained teen leaders and coordinated programs for Jewish teens. Additionally, Andrea has contributed to educational initiatives as a Seventh Grade Religious School Teacher at Temple Beth Shalom Austin and has facilitated various teen programs in Israel. Earlier professional experience includes management roles at Jason's Deli and marketing positions at the University of North Texas. Andrea holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of North Texas and has participated in a study abroad program focused on sustainable tourism at CATIE.
