Javier Bautista Ramos is a Lead Software Engineer at BBVA since September 2017, specializing in the development and design of the bank's global infrastructure, APIs, and data models using both relational and non-relational databases. Responsibilities include leading a development team, implementing RESTful microservices, and employing Agile methodologies, with expertise in tools such as Java, Spring framework, and various CI/CD practices. Prior to BBVA, Javier worked at Deloitte from February 2016 to February 2017 as an IT ERS - CyberSOC level 1 CyberSecurity Engineer, focusing on security alert management using various SIEM tools and analyzing network traffic events. Javier holds a Bachelor's degree in Telematics Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, obtained in 2017.
