Gresa Rasiti currently serves as HR Manager at BBros L.L.C. since March 2024, previously holding the same position at Rubik, Inc. from January 2021 to January 2024. In the earlier part of the career, Gresa gained experience as a Legal Intern in the Department for International Legal Co-operation at the Ministry of Justice - Kosovo for a brief period in late 2020, and completed an internship at The Office of the Albanian Ombudsman in June 2020. Gresa also worked as an English Language Teacher at both 51Talk and Shkolla Fillore "Naim Frasheri" from March 2019 to October 2019. The initial professional role was as Front Desk Receptionist at Schweitzer Mountain Resort in the summer of 2017. Gresa holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Democracy and Human Rights in South East Europe from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a similar degree from the University of Sarajevo, along with a Bachelor's in English Language Teaching from International Balkan University.
