King Hei Lam is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and interface design. Currently serving as User Experience Lead and previously as Senior UI/UX Designer at BBPOS since January 2019, King Hei has also held positions at China Mobile Hong Kong and ZUJI, among others, where responsibilities included managing web design projects, redesigning websites, and creating effective digital marketing materials. With a Bachelor's degree in Business in IT from Coventry University and an Associate's degree in Creative and Interactive Media Production from City University of Hong Kong, King Hei combines technical knowledge with creative design skills across various roles in the industry.
