Trevor Westin is a Software Engineer at BBI Logistics since May 2022, where Trevor co-led the development of a machine learning project utilizing LightGBM to predict freight fare values. Prior experience includes a part-time Software Engineer role, where Trevor demonstrated a strong work ethic and mentored interns to develop a mobile app for truck drivers. As a Software Engineering Intern, Trevor collaborated within an Agile team to deliver over 50 features and engineered a scalable IT ticketing system. Trevor also served as Water Park Manager and Lifeguard for the City of Upper Arlington from May 2016 to August 2021. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Engineering from The Ohio State University, expected in December 2023.
