Chrysanthos Polydorou is an experienced civil engineer and program manager with a comprehensive background in project management and construction operations. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Project Manager at bbf: since April 2022, Chrysanthos oversees project organization, design monitoring, budget compliance, and quality control while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Previous roles include Civil Engineer at Archirodon Group N.V., where responsibilities included site coordination for significant infrastructure projects, and Section Engineer at JOANNOU & PARASKEVAIDES, focusing on construction supervision and resource management. Chrysanthos holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a Master’s Degree in Construction Business Management from Loughborough University.
