Shoku Amirani is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience at the BBC since 2006, currently serving as Senior Change Manager and DEI Lead for Children In Need. With a focus on fostering diversity and inclusion within the organization, Shoku chairs the BBC Embrace Executive Committee, dedicated to supporting ethnic minority staff and promoting representation. As a project leader in the BBC Creative Diversity Unit, Shoku has produced notable documentary series such as "The Making of the Modern Arab World" and "Iran, a Revolutionary State," and has contributed to various acclaimed programs across BBC platforms.
