Kevin Murphy possesses extensive experience in IT operations and engineering management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Manager of Operations Engineering within BBC Support Services since July 2014, Kevin has successfully implemented a formalized local Change process and restructured the Service Desk to align with ITIL best practices. Prior roles include Service Manager at London Probation Trust, where effective communication and service desk management were prioritized, and Support & Services Manager at Condeco Software Inc., focusing on customer SLAs. Kevin's background also includes significant infrastructure management at Barclays Bank and a technical analyst role at Getronics, where design and implementation of storage solutions were key responsibilities. Kevin holds a BSC HONS in Information Systems Development from Anglia Ruskin University.
