Iyub Adam, P.Eng., MIE, MBA, PMP®, SMIEEE, serves as a Senior Principal Engineer at BBA Consultants since June 2022, with extensive experience in project management and engineering design across various prestigious firms. Previous roles include Consulting Engineer and Project Manager at Magna IV Engineering, and Engineering Manager at ABB, where Iyub coordinated complex high-voltage substation projects and led engineering teams, specializing in design reviews, technical solutions, and risk management. Earlier positions at DAR Engineering and L&T Ltd. enhanced expertise in substation design and electrical installations. Iyub Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Annamalai University.
