Aria Wigneswaran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategy within the retail and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Bazaa since July 2023, Wigneswaran previously held multiple senior roles at Depop from January 2018 to September 2022, including Director and General Manager for both Australia and APAC regions, as well as overseeing Marketplace Strategy and Special Projects. Prior experience includes working as a Freelance Strategy Consultant at Global Strategy Consultancy and as a Strategy Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting. A foundational career began at Deloitte, where Wigneswaran served as Senior Consultant from March 2012 to August 2015. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, completed in 2011.
