Tania (Tetiana) Mykhailiuk is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as SVP Talent Management and previously as VP Organizational Development & Culture and HR Transformation Lead at Bayzat. Tania also has a significant background in sales and account management from a role at EF Education First. Earlier in the career, Tania held leadership positions at AIESEC, including President of AIESEC International, Global Director of Operations, and Country Operations Manager. Tania holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, obtained between 2004 and 2009.
