Ramya Mergu has a diverse background in operations and event management, currently serving as a Senior Operations Associate and previously an Intern Operations Associate at Awign since August 2021, where responsibilities included assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and process improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes a managerial role at FOUND DAT EVENTS from January to February 2021, focused on logistics management and client relationship building. Ramya also worked in telecalling and event organizing at The Indian Express from May 2019 to June 2020 and briefly as a Data Entry Operator at G. P. KAPADIA & CO. Educational qualifications include a HSC in Business/Commerce from Maharshi Dayanand Sarswati University and a 10th SSC from Muktangan English School, India.
