Wesley Peng currently serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Bayview Technologies, Inc, since February 2019, focusing on tech roles ranging from junior positions to senior leadership, particularly in Java development, PHP development, automation engineering, machine learning, and AI research. Prior to this role, Wesley worked as a Talent Acquisition Associate, managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse positions across multiple nationalities. In addition, Wesley was self-employed as an Online Mandarin Tutor from January 2018 to January 2019, providing lessons and preparing materials for various students. Wesley's experience also includes working as a Sales Associate at VF Brands Taiwan Limited from December 2015 to February 2017, where responsibilities included customer sales and product management. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Communications Management from Shih Hsin University, earned between 2008 and 2014.
