Daniel Gerwien is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Senior Completions Engineer and Senior Production Engineer at Baytex Energy Corp. since July 2023. Previously, Daniel held the position of Senior Production Engineer at Ranger Oil Corporation from March 2022 to July 2023 and at Daylight Petroleum from July 2019 to March 2022. Earlier roles include Senior Production Engineer and Production Engineer at Daylight Petroleum and Petroleum Engineer at Clearly Petroleum, LLC from January 2017 to July 2019. Daniel began a career at Shell as a Senior Technical Associate from August 2007 to January 2017 and worked as an Oilfield Lab Technician at Schlumberger from November 2005 to August 2007. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston.
