Scott Berg has a diverse and extensive background in philanthropy, leadership, and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Philanthropy and Executive Director of the Baystate Health Foundation since November 2017, Scott previously held the role of President & CEO at the YMCA of Greater Springfield from January 2016 to November 2017. Other notable positions include Associate Vice President for Development at Springfield College, Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving at Western New England University, and various leadership roles at the YMCA of Greater Springfield. Scott's educational qualifications include a PhD in Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands, a JD from Western New England University School of Law, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an MS in Human Service Administration from Springfield College, and a BA in English from Boston College.
