Allison LeDuc serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Baystate Health since June 2015. Baystate Health is a prominent health care organization in New England, training future doctors through extensive medical education programs. Prior to this role, Allison was with C&S Wholesale Grocers from October 2007 to June 2015, serving in various positions including Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. Earlier experience includes roles as Relocation and Recruiting Specialist at Talbots and Program Manager at Linens N Things, focusing on training and development of new hires. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies and Film from Keene State College, earned between 1999 and 2003.
