Tim Kiely is an experienced professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Data, Analytics and AI at BayPine since October 2024, focusing on digital transformation capital within healthcare, consumer, and business services. Previously, Tim made significant contributions as the Lead Data Scientist at American Securities from July 2018 to October 2024, where investments spanned various sectors including industrial manufacturing and healthcare. Tim also established a Data Science and Research practice at Hodges Ward Elliott, Inc. from 2016 to 2018, created predictive models at AIG from 2014 to 2016, and consulted for diverse clients at OperaSolutions between 2012 and 2014. Tim holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Northwestern University and has a strong foundational education from Williams College and St. John's Prep in Danvers.
