Phillip Williams, MD, currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine, specializing in Sports and Shoulder Surgery, Cartilage Restoration, and Joint Preservation. Additionally, Phillip holds the position of Medical Director for the Houston SaberCats Rugby team, overseeing the complete care of athletes, and serves as Chief Medical Officer for MobilityZ Health, a telehealth application focused on chronic musculoskeletal injury management. With a background that includes prior roles at UTHealth and Kerlan-Jobe, where comprehensive sports medicine training was acquired, Phillip's expertise extends to advising health innovation startups as a Medical Advisor for Texas Medical Center Innovation.
