Ben S. began their career in 2004 as a Technician at Mercedes-Benz USA, where they oversaw a technician team to provide the best possible service to each customer. In 2005, they moved to Power Ford - New Mexico as a Service Advisor, where they were responsible for fleet company acquisition, negotiating pricing and structure with each account yearly, and selling packages to new and existing customers. In 2014, Ben S. joined Yelp as an Account Executive, driving the full sales cycle to attain new business, utilizing online and offline sources to cultivate new leads, and achieving and consistently exceeding monthly sales goals. In 2015, they became an HR & Benefits Advisor at Zenefits, also functioning as a licensed insurance broker. In 2016, Ben S. joined BayIQ powered by AutoVitals as Sales Manager and then Director of Sales, providing intelligent marketing software to the independent tire and automotive repair industry. Finally, in 2021, Ben S. took on the role of Sales Lead for BayIQ at AutoVitals, the leading provider of integrated shop success solutions for automotive shop workflow, digital vehicle inspections, online marketing and customer engagement.

Ben S. obtained an Associate's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Universal Technical Institute, Inc. in 2004.
