Carrie Francisco, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Partner at Affinitiv Inc since December 2020, bringing extensive experience in human resources management from roles at A-LIGN and various other organizations. During tenure at A-LIGN from November 2018 to December 2020, Carrie led initiatives such as a transition to a self-funded benefits program, implementation of new compensation and performance management systems, and development of rewards and recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and cultural alignment. Carrie's previous positions include Human Resources Generalist and Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, employee relations, benefits management, and policy development. With a strong foundation in HR practices supported by an MBA from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Southern Adventist University, Carrie is recognized for effective collaboration with senior leadership and driving positive organizational change.
