Dennis Reinkens is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of HR Operations & People Experience at Bayernwerk since July 2021, Dennis previously held the position of Lead of HR Employee Management at KWS Group from July 2019 to June 2021. Dennis's extensive experience at E.ON spanned nearly a decade, during which time roles included Head of Direct Services & HR.Online, Team Coordinator Direct Services, HR Administrator Direct Services, and Working Student Direct Services. Earlier experience includes working as a Working Student in Pension Services Germany at Siemens from November 2007 to October 2009.
