Philipp Plate is a seasoned finance and risk management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within investment management. Currently serving as Geschäftsführer (Member of Management Board), Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Financial Officer at BayernInvest since April 2024, Philipp Plate oversees Finance & Controlling, Corporate Risk, Investment Risk, IT, and Sustainability Office. Previously, Philipp held the position of Managing Director and Head of Product Finance at Golding Capital Partners from October 2023 to April 2024. Philipp's tenure at BayernInvest from May 2010 to October 2023 included various leadership roles, such as Conducting Officer for BayernInvest Luxembourg S.A. and Head of Division Risk & IT. Early career experience includes a position as a trainee and research assistant at Fraunhofer IIS.
