Mathias M. is an experienced business operations professional currently serving as Director of Business Operations at PureLi since March 2024. Previously, Mathias held the role of Business Development Manager at the New Jersey Innovation Institute, overseeing the commercialization of the New Jersey Institute of Technology's patent portfolio from September 2022 to March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Technology Licensing Assistant at Princeton University, where Mathias marketed new technologies and managed intellectual property, and as Team Lead for a collaborative project with Bayer Pharmaceuticals, focusing on sustainable packaging solutions. Mathias gained additional experience at Bon Opus Biosciences, Pivotal Retail Group, Algene, and Waksman Institute of Microbiology, demonstrating expertise in research, sales coordination, and safety inspections. Mathias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
